$6,500,000 — Confidential Mediation Settlement, Commercial Truck Accident

O.C., a commercial truck driver, came to our office after his large truck was rear-ended on Interstate 15. O.C. was driving from Las Vegas toward California in a truck lane of I-15 southbound when his truck was rear-ended by a large truck owned by a major national and international logistics company.
